The Radiant Health Assessment includes your comprehensive intake forms and review, lab fees and expert interpretation, and your personalized Radiant Health Report, featuring targeted supplement recommendations, lifestyle strategies, and tools to support your nervous system so that you feel at peace in your body again.
Even if you choose not to move forward with one of our Sacred Care Pathways, the Radiant Health Report with your lab interpretation and treatment recommendations is yours to keep. This valuable resource is an important first step in guiding you toward symptom resolution and health optimization.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the fee for the Radiant Health Assessment?
The investment is $695 one time. The fee is all-inclusive and includes: comprehensive intake, lab draw, and physician visit. After your initial intake, we'll review discuss your results and review the options to help you feel your best and achieve your goals. If you choose to join our Hormone Optimization program, the monthly fee ranges from $350-$750 depending on the level of services you choose.
Do you take insurance?
Our practice is private pay. To prevent insurance approval delays and third parties making decisions about your health, we do not bill health insurance. This practice model enables us to provide you with the flexibility, autonomy, and unhurried care we believe is the best approach to medicine.
However, depending on your out-of-network benefits, you may be able to get some or all of the visit fees reimbursed. We can provide a Superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We do not submit claims or contact insurance companies.
Can I use a FSA or HSA?
Yes! Your flexible spending account or health savings account can be used to cover our services, such as office visits, labs, or supplements. Please contact your employer or plan administrator for more details/specifics. We can send you an itemized invoice upon request.
Who is eligible to book this service?
The Radiant Rhythms Assessment is available to women over 21 years old who are in the states of: NY, PA, MD and FL at the time of their visit.
What happens after I purchase the Assessment?
You will receive a welcome packet and lab instructions by email. You will also be invited to sign up for our secure patient portal and complete your intake forms. After your forms are completed and reviewed, your labs will be ordered and you'll receive detailed instructions for completing your labs. Once your results are in (~7-10 days), you'll be invited to schedule your virtual appointment to review your results and discuss the next steps.
Are labs and supplements included in the cost of the Assessment?
Lab fees are included in the cost of the Radiant Rhythms Assessment for non-NY residents. Due to state regulations, New York residents must order their own labs directly from our lab partner. The lab fee will be deducted from the cost of the Assessment.
Supplements are available from our dispensary at a 5-10% discounted rate.
After the Assessment, do I have to join the Hormone Optimization program?
Not at all. We will review your labs together in detail so you can discern if the Hormone Optimization program is the next best step for you. However, for most women who are experiencing hormonal symptoms, this will be the best next step!
